As a descendant of the 7th generation, Peer Swinkels is part of the Brabant brewers family Swinkels. Peer graduated as an econometrist from Erasmus University. He began his career in 1999 as Brand Manager at Unilever. In 2003, he started working for Royal Swinkels Family Brewers as Director Marketing and Product Development. After having fulfilled management positions in Marketing, Communications and Sales, he became Chief Commercial Officer in 2015. Since April 2019, Peer has embarked on his ultimate mission: as CEO, to pass on an even better brewery to the next generation.
As a board member and supervisory director, Peer is involved in various other organizations ao Bolsius, impact brand Tony’s Chocolonely and FNLI (Dutch Food Industry Federation). Here too he is characterized by his accessibility and sincere interest in the people around him. On the basis of good personal relationships, he steers towards sharp business results. Dr. Lisa Hehenberger is an Assistant Professor at ESADE Business School, and Director of the ESADE Entrepreneurship Institute.
Lisa is a renowned expert on social entrepreneurship, venture philanthropy and impact investment. She is a member of the European Commission’s Expert Group on Social Business (GECES) and of the OECD’s Social Impact Investment Expert group. She served on the French National Advisory Board and the Impact Measurement Working Group of the Social Impact Investment Task Force established by the G8. She was the Research and Policy Director of the European Venture Philanthropy Association (EVPA) and now serves as their strategic advisor.
Rohit worked in the investment world (both as m&a advisor and private equity principal) for almost 20 years. Previous employers include Morgan Stanley, ABN AMRO, ING Barings and Waterland. Currently he works together with Bencis and Avedon. As an active shareholder in two (succesful) Dutch businesses, he supports the executive boards in strategy, mergers & acquisitions and financing. He has an MSc (with honors) in economics from the University of Amsterdam.
Jaap Maljers is a serial entrepreneur in the health care sector, in which he has more than 25 years of experience. Jaap has founded and successfully build multiple businesses, among which Bergman Clinics (focus clinics for specialized care), ZorgDomein (a systems integrator platform), Plexuc (a consultancy company) and Incision (online surgical training). Moreover, Jaap was chairman of the Dutch Children Cancer research foundation (KiKa) and served on the board of Amref Flying Doctors. He is an Investor Committee member at the investment fund Holland Capital.
Ilonka co-manages the corporate venture firm of Randstad, the Randstad Innovation Fund, and serves on the board of amongst others Exact and Vonq. Ilonka has previously founded two recruitment firms: Legal FlexPower (sold to Monster in 2001) and ProfiPower (sold to Randstad in 2010). Ilonka has been selected in the top 100 Global Female Staffing leaders from 2015 to 2018 and was included in the Global Top 100 Corporate Venture Capitalist Power list in 2018.
Maarten is a serial tech entrepreneur who has founded and successfully build numerous internet companies, among which 2dehands.be, the Makers Channel and ClubCollect. Maarten is an active investor and serves as board advisor for Temper, Ace and Tate and the Next Closet.

Heleen is the founder of DQ&A Media Group, a successful online marketing firm, and co-founder of Peak Capital, a VC fund for the online and media sector. Pier is a professor Climate Change at Wageningen University Research and VU University Amsterdam. He was one of the earliest scientists to publish on climate change and is an international authority in this field. Pier is chairman of the Supervisory Board of Dutch Development bank FMO and serves as a board member of a number of research organisations and environmental ngo’s and such us Urgenda, until 2019 and the True Animal Protein Price Coalition (TAPPc). He is an expert on climate, water, energy, food and their synergies.

Moreover, he is a member of the Investment Committee of TBL Mirror Fund, a private equity fund for high growth businesses in Africa.
